Professionally qualified and broadly experienced, Bob has earned wide respect across the consultancy and construction sectors through the application of his strategic vision, analytical skills and business acumen to numerous significant and demanding roles. Bob is Chairman of, amongst others, Pario Limited, Appleyards Limited and is Principal at Management Consultancy, Novare Ltd.

In addition, Bob is Chairman of SECBE Ltd and Past President of the Chartered Institute of Building. He has been the Major Contractors Group representative on The Construction Confederation Council, and a committee member of the homeless charity CRASH. Bob has held a directorship of no less than 5 PFI Special Purpose Vehicle Companies.

Bob's energy, diplomacy, leaderships skills, client focus and industry wide presence ensure major successful outcomes for any organisation with which he becomes involved.

Colin MorrellDirector

Experienced PFI practitioner covering due diligence, commercial, and operational aspects of PFI transactions

Richard ClancyDirector

Richard is a qualified accountant with experience in the housing, civil engineering and construction sectors. In the past six years Richard has had particular exposure to the PFI, PPP and corporate finance sectors and was the founder of iPFI.

Mark HenningProject Director

Construction and Facilities Management Consultant with 30 years experience in the delivery of projects in the private sector. For the past 8 years has been directly involved in PFI as commercial manager for bidding consortiums and as a technical consultant. Major PFI projects worked on to date;
