History

Pario is a joint venture between Appleyards Ltd, a leading management solutions consultancy to the construction and property industry, and iPFI Financial Ltd, a specialist independent SPV management consultancy providing financial and company secretarial services.

  • April 2003 Appleyards commence delivery of PFI technical consultancy
  • April 2004 iPFI Financial Ltd formed and begins providing financial services to the PFI industry
  • June 2005 Appleyards delivers SPV management consultancy to a PFI consortium (Addenbrookes) during construction phase
  • July 2005 iPFI awarded financial SPV management on Kirklees Schools PFI project
  • April 2006 Joint Venture formed between Appleyards Ltd and iPFI Financial Ltd
  • September 2006 Joint delivery of integrated technical and financial SPV management services on Rochdale and Hull PFI projects commence
