We can help guide the SPV in these matters by ensuring that health and safety is given the proper regard; all actions are recorded and minuted; that obligations passed through to the subcontracts are appropriately discharged; and where required give specific advice
We can also assist in the compilation of a bespoke health and safety policy and carry out periodic audits of the subcontractors heath and safety arrangements and ensure the obligations under CDM are appropriately discharged.
